Gladsheim’s comprehensive approach to property management includes all shared areas, such as parking spaces, outdoor environments, exterior lighting, access systems, stairwells, basements, and laundry rooms. All renovations follow a renovation guideline that specifies which materials and colors should be used, ensuring a consistent result and a cohesive design throughout all areas.

Renovations of shared spaces are carried out gradually alongside apartment renovations. When an apartment in a property is renovated, refurbishment and repainting of the building’s common areas are initiated at the same time.
